The Federation of Mendeleev Chemical Societies
The Federation of Mendeleev Chemical Societies (FCS) was founded in May 1993 according to the decision of the XV Mendeleev Congess after the elimination of the All-Union Chemical Society. FCS is an international union of public organisations. The Main objective of the FCS is to provide scientific and technical co-operation in the fields of chemical science, industry and education. FCS members can be from international organisations of scientists, engineers and teachers.
FCS now includes the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, the Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Kirgzstan.
